Position Overview:

What you'll do:

The Style Advisor (SA) demonstrates selling behaviors consistent with the current selling model and happily engages both mom and girl to create a positive customer experience. Demonstrates company values by working cooperatively with others. Approaches work with positive intent and has the ability to properly communicate and interact with associates and customers. Completes tasks as assigned.

Are you Justice material? We hope so. Here's what we look for:

  • 16 years of age in the US; 18 years of age in Canada

  • Ability to perform duties as described

  • Ability to communicate and interact effectively with customers and associates at all times

  • Ability to work various hours/days of the week

  • Ability to move throughout the store continually for periods of up to 8 hours with fifteen minute breaks and meal periods, as required by state law

  • Ability to read documents and computer screens, and write and count in order to accurately complete company documentation and tasks

  • Ability to operate cash register by depressing keys and remembering keying sequences and policies

  • Ability to reach for, push, pull and/or move merchandise throughout the store generally weighing 0-50 pounds

Position Summary: We're looking for an SAP Support Analyst to primarily be responsible for managing SAP incidents, and to write/manage functional specifications between the user community and the more technical IT community. The SAP Support Analyst will be the first line of support and work with other business associates to understand the gaps in the current SAP processes and recommend the necessary improvements. This will take a solid understanding of SAP, understanding integration points and knowledge of our business processes. The position requires strong communication and organizational skills as well as a follow-through mentality. Overall Responsibilities: The SAP Support Analyst is responsible for writing functional specification in the SCM area. Especially focused on order to cash, procurement to pay, inventory and warehousing. The candidate plays a significant role during implementation, provides ongoing SAP support, drives continuous improvements and plays a key role for SAP upgrades or other major project with SAP. The SAP Support Analyst also be a major source of training. This training will include updating others on any changes that have been made and training new hires. The candidate must possess the ability to train individuals one-on-one, as well as presenting to a larger classroom. Minimum Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in computer science or closely related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered * 5+ years of SAP support/implementation experience required * 2+ of ABAP and debugging experience required Preferred Skills: * LES experience is a plus * Mobisys (mobile application), IDoc's (EDI), QM is a plus * ITIL certification preferred * WM expertise required, SD, MM, IM preferred * Proactively identify problematic issues (data or process) and work with the necessary individual(s) to resolve such issues * Work with business users to gather more details on new SAP issues, categorize the issues accurately to help address them in a timely manner * Intellectual curiosity, problem solving and detail oriented * Provide high quality support in all areas of the operation * Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills * Very good communication skills and follow-through ability * Work independently in an international environment About our company: Arvato - the spirit of solutions!
