About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and organized individual for a highly respected Contract Animal Research Organization in Scott Township, PA. This individual will be successful at independently performing job-related tasks as well as in a team-oriented environment and will be responsible for data management and project coordination in support of early drug development research projects.

What You'll Do Here

• Setup and maintenance of the online data collection system, including running data queries, ensuring proper sorting, organizing and tabulating of data sets

• Compiling of raw data, assembling study-related tables and assisting in drafting of reports and responding to internal audits

• Interacting with internal and external investigators to ensure proper project related information is shared in a timely manner

• Scheduling and conducting meetings with all applicable in-house personnel in preparation of study-related activities

• Tabulation and inventory of project-related samples for shipment to external investigators

• Collection and auditing of all project-related data-including securing corrections, documenting issues or discrepancies in the conduct of projects, as well as preparing technical notes and memos

What You'll Need to Succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, or other related field preferred but not required.

• Proficiency in Microsoft (including Excel)

• Highly detail oriented and organized

• At least 1 year of experience in Data Review, Quality Control, or Quality Assurance in a scientific/technical related field is preferred

• Successful coordination and communication skills

• Detail oriented and consistent ability to operate with accuracy and quality
