Position Summary:

The Production Artist role is responsible for creating marketing content that is visually engaging and emotionally compelling, with an ultimate focus on driving results. Our Production Artists have a high level of aesthetics, excellent design sense, and possess the ability to consistently work quickly and effectively under tight deadlines. The skillset goes above and beyond traditional and brings a level of flexibility and know-how that is integral to the constantly changing landscape of retail marketing. The ideal candidate will demonstrate superb agility throughout the creative process with expert-level organization, technical knowledge, speed and accuracy.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with creative team to deliver content that is consistent with the agreed upon strategy, and in accordance with the brand guidelines, creative vision, and marketing strategy.

  • Design and produce content for every medium including identities, packaging, print, marketing collateral, online banners, websites, social media, and motion graphics.

  • Executes creative ideas based on input from project managers and creative team.

  • Prepares designs and builds production mechanicals for various print and digital projects.

  • Partners with brand, creative, project management and production to effectively meet project objectives, specifications, schedules, and deadlines.

  • Collaborates with partners to share job status, feedback and recommendations.

  • Efficiently manages and completes all work on time, escalating issues as necessary.

  • Brings solutions, ideas, and executional considerations to team members in order to improve results.

  • Produces accurate and professional-level comps for presentations, meetings, and store walk-throughs

Minimum Qualifications and

  • Degree in Graphic Design, Graphic Arts Technology, or a related field.

  • Proficient in Adobe CC apps (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)

  • Exposure/understanding of Adobe After Effects and Premiere

  • Knowledge of content development process for print, digital, social media, and retail.

  • Proficient in image retouching and optimization

  • Excellent typography skills and a keen eye for detail and color

  • Strong technical skills and understanding of large format content and printing

  • Solid understanding of color spaces (RGB/CMYK)

  • A solid understanding of file prep/delivery/release formats and their application

  • Complete understanding of Mac platform and exposure to Windows and cross-platform compatibility

  • Ability to work additional hours to meet deadlines.

SIMULIA's electromagnetic simulation tool, CST STUDIO SUITE, provides powerful and extensive electromagnetic simulation capability for a wide range of applications including RF/Microwave design, optics and photonics, antenna design and installed performance, specific absorption rate (SAR), bio-electromagnetics, co-existence, de-sense and interference, electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) and environmental effects (E3), Signal Integrity (SI) and Power Integrity (PI). As a SIMULIA Solutions Consultant, leverage your engineering skills and experience to engage with key high tech customers and support the adoption and application of SIMULIA CST electromagnetic simulation. Capture customer requirements and deploy electromagnetic simulation methods and best simulation practices to increase customer productivity, efficiency and confidence in design decisions.
