the soona studio pro is an expert executor of quality content.

the studio pro is a master of content creation and a creative mentor in the studio. the soona studio pro has a senior level understanding of video production, photography, lighting and set design.

this is a full time exempt salary position located in Denver that will report directly to the crew lead.

Requirements

an ideal candidate can:

• considered to be a leader in studio with support to the crew lead assisting in weekly standups
• execute exceptional content that delivers on or exceeds customer needs and meets target KPIs
• shoot superior photo and video content for e-commerce and lifestyle brands 
• set up and utilize various lighting styles and techniques to most effectively deliver customer needs that produce real-world results
• successfully collaborate with soona clients both in-store and virtually 
• troubleshoot on-set challenges and juggle various projects at once with ease
• translate customer inputs (or lack thereof) into a successful shoot 
• be comfortable and excited with the ongoing need to create high quality innovative content every working day
• work closely with crew lead to help with project or various aspects of studio, shoot audits, targeted training, assigned studio tasks or other projects as needed
• contribute to the holistic operation of the studio in daily tasks additional to production time, including but limited to pre-shoot prep, equipment and prop organization, inventory assistance, and overall orderliness. some lifting is required up to 30 lbs.
  

has experience in:

• 5+ years of full-time professional photography and videography
• 3+ years of customer service

this position comes with a 90-day probationary period, during which both the employee and soona will have the opportunity to assess the fit and performance. this period is standard practice to ensure mutual satisfaction and success in the role. throughout the probationary period, you can expect support, guidance, and constructive feedback. successful completion of the probationary period may lead to permanent employment. we believe in providing a transparent and fair evaluation process to set the stage for a successful long-term partnership.
