Overview: Please Read Through Entire Post We are seeking a dynamic Studio Manager for our first SweatHouz (SWTHZ) franchise location opening in Knoxville, TN. Over the next few years, we will expand SWTHZ Studios to Greenville, Columbia, and Asheville, creating tremendous growth opportunities SWTHZ is a contrast therapy studio specializing in deliberate exposure to heat and cold, which has been scientifically proven to enhance physical and mental health. Clients enjoy up to 60 minutes in a private contrast therapy suite with an infrared sauna, cold plunge, and vitamin-c shower. Suites offer full entertainment, so you can choose to unplug, meditate, listen to music, or watch TV. SWTHZ is the fastest-growing recovery franchise business globally, focused on accelerating the world's adoption of contrast therapy. If you believe strongly in all things health and wellness and have passion and energy for living a healthy life, this position is for you The SWTHZ studio manager plays a critical role in leading and motivating their team to deliver an exceptional guest and member experience that drives membership growth, retention, and revenue. You will passionately advocate for the SWTHZ brand, embodying our belief that "to live well, you must recover well." Essential Duties & Responsibilities Sales and Membership Growth (40% of role) ● Achieve studio membership and revenue goals: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies to attract new members and retain existing ones. ● Provide exceptional sales support: Coach and mentor sales associates on effective sales techniques and product knowledge. ● Track and analyze membership data: Monitor key membership KPIs and use insights to form strategic decision-making. ● Partner with marketing team: Actively participate in marketing initiatives and promotions to drive awareness and generate leads. Leadership & Team Management (40% of role) ● Build and cultivate a high-performing, engaged team: Foster a positive and collaborative work environment where employees feel valued, motivated, and empowered to succeed. ● Develop and coach team members: Provide effective training and coaching to ensure all team members possess the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles. ● Lead by example: Demonstrate exceptional work ethic, communication, and customer service skills, inspiring your team to do the same. ● Performance management: Implement effective performance management practices, including setting goals, providing regular feedback, and conducting performance reviews. Operational Excellence (20% of role) ● Ensure smooth and efficient daily operations: Oversee all aspects of studio operations, including scheduling, staff assignments, inventory management, and adherence to company policies and procedures. ● Maintain a clean, inviting, safe studio environment: implement and enforce hygiene and safety protocols to create a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all guests and members. ● Manage studio cleanliness: Allocate cleaning staff in a manner that keeps attrition under 7%. ● Identify and implement operational improvements: Keep a strong pulse on your studio. Continuously identify opportunities for improvement in the team member and member experience. Implement effective solutions as needed. This includes leading your team through change, getting buy-in, and coaching through ambiguity. ● Business Acumen: Can you see beyond the surface and understand the intricate dance of sales and operations? ● Strategic Thinking: Problems and challenges in the studio are not roadblocks but puzzles waiting to be solved. Can you dissect a challenge, analyze its components, and forge solutions that deliver financial results? ● Persuasion: Relationship-based selling is not coercion but building trust and value. Can you build trust with studio guests (intros) that creates a compelling vision for why they should join and become studio members? ● Delegation and Empowerment: Can you delegate in a manner that yields strong revenue and membership targets?
