We're looking for a designer to join our internal creative studio team to design solutions at the intersection of brand, marketing, sales, content, and client solution. Our ideal candidate is well-versed in digital, print, and physical design projects.

Can manage and maintain a high volume of production projects.
Can balance the particular needs of both highly bespoke projects and smart, sustainable, reusable systems of deliverables that make everyone's lives easier.
Is experienced working with writers, photographers, strategists, and other specialists to create the best possible work.
Has a passion for working in and with emergent technology on exciting new platforms, eg: Figma, Ludus, Principal, Framer, etc.
Has strong skills in established design tools, such as the complete Adobe Creative Suite.
Can work and succeed in digital and interactive mediums.
Can work and succeed in print and traditional mediums.
Is self-motivated, ambitious, portfolio-minded, enthusiastic.
Has idea articulation and presentation skills. Can present concepts in a meaningful and provocative way; powerfully enough to generate excitement and energy.
Understands and embraces strategy as it informs and validates creative thinking.
Has an affinity for branding, typography, and classic design principles.
Has an eye and intuition for "what's right" in tonality, communications, and word play.
Is interested in developing their skills in 3D software specifically Cinema 4D.
Some basic experience in editing, broadcast design, motion, or animation is a significant plus.
