The Studio Coordinator is an integral stakeholder for E-Commerce Photography projects shot at our Fashion Content Studios. This individual will track and adhere to all photo production schedule deadlines, partake actively in the merchandise TurnIn process, and leverage support for assigned Art Director(s) both on and off set. The Studio Coordinator will also be responsible for managing the inbound and outbound merchandise flows of receiving, organizing, prepping, and returning samples in an efficient and organized manner. Lifting, carrying and moving of sample product are required. In order to be successful, the Coordinator will need to think critically and react promptly to the fluctuating needs of photography shoots. Attention to detail in a fast-paced deadline driven environment will be critical to this role's success. Perform other duties as assigned.
Key member of marketing support team in receiving, organizing and preparing weekly product to be shot according to sets determined via Master Calendar and Talent Schedule.
Presort racks per master calendar and conduct subsequent final review with Art Director(s).
Ensure that all Production Schedule deadlines are met; manages and executes corrective action as necessary.
Check in/out all merchandise accurately using Macy's proprietary technology systems (i.e. S.T.A.R.S.) and related workflow steps. Reconcile returns to HSQ, ATMO Sample Closet addition requests, and 3rd party donation retrievals.
Ensure in-house tracking systems (Titan, etc.) properly reflect project current status and reconcile any discrepancies daily.
Establish and manage positive relationships with Merchants, Photo Art Director(s), Stylist(s), Merchandise Coordinators, Project Managers, and other appropriate partners to ensure sure workflow efficiencies are streamlined.
Spearhead Special Projects as assigned.
Troubleshoot questions involving but not limited to Sample ID descriptions, Image Ticket discrepancies, and sample location info.
Demonstrate strong time management skills and efficient use of resources to achieve peak results.
Regular, dependable attendance & punctuality.
Effective, timely, and concise verbal and written communication are a must.
Key comprehension and listening skills.
Strong communication and relationship building with the staff Art Director and Stylist teams will also be critical to this role.

May involve close vision, color vision, depth perception, focus adjustment, and viewing computer monitor for extended periods of time.
Involves manual dexterity for using keyboard, mouse, and other office equipment.
