Beyond New York is looking for a Full Time Studio Coordinator to play a key role in maintaining an efficient, satisfying and productive work environment. The Studio Coordinator works with the Studio Manager in partnership with IT and People Operations team members.
In this role you will:
Be the day to day "first face" for staff, guests and visitors
Work with Studio Operations and IT on various expansion projects
Maintain order via inventory and auditing of office equipment and accessories
Help to coordinate and execute industry events, company social events and team outings
Assisting with furniture and equipment setup and breakdown
Maintaining the functionality and order of our meeting rooms on a daily basis
Assisting the GM and the Senior Leads with administration tasks, as needed such as expenses, travel, meeting coordination, etc.
Capabilities we're looking for:
Naturally friendly and professional demeanor
Meticulous organizational skills
Familiarity with Mac computers, accessories and cables
Solves problems to completion
Willingness to ask questions and learn quickly
Experience in hospitality
