Currently, we are looking for a Student Worker in our Customer Support department to join the ArcBest team. At ArcBest, our customers trust us to fulfill a broad range of supply chain needs and you are essential in upholding our reliability. You will be demonstrating initiative and integrity by contacting customers to seek resolutions for time-sensitive, mission-critical, and white glove shipments.
Your contribution may include:
Communicating shipment status to both internal and external customers.
Finding, recommending, and implementing solutions to problems.
Operating office machines, such as photocopiers, facsimile machines, voice mail systems, and personal computers.
Typing, formatting, proofreading, and editing correspondence and other documents using computers.
Basic computer skills
Must be enrolled in college
