This position is for Stevens students currently enrolled. Must have at least 6 credits. This is a part-time hourly position.
This position performs a variety of general office support tasks, assigned by the Director of International Program.
Duties include the following:
Assist staff in a variety of assignments where the processing of documents (recording, retrieving, and distribution) of data or information is an essential and/or substantial part of the work.
Perform miscellaneous projects in support of Director of International Programs, such as creating Flyers, setting up and posting on social media sites, assisting with events planning, creating Excel spreadsheets and setting up files. Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office and Internet Explorer, familiarity with collecting and analyzing data. Ability to set up, post and monitor social media accounts, such as Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.
Ability to operate office machines, such as photocopiers and scanners, Ability to create flyers to promote study abroad and international students and global issues.
