Are you interested in being a part of a transcendent team that is looking to add to our current staff of over 4,000 employees? # If so, we are the team and organization you have been looking for! # The Student Talent # Workforce Partner is responsible for human capital management duties relating to student talent partnerships, experiences and hires in support of organizational workforce planning efforts.# Develops and maintains strong business partnerships with the Billings Clinic Leadership Team, school district, local and regional universities, and community organizations and agencies focused on workforce development.# Works collaboratively with external entities to evaluate new programs and ideas to encourage student interest, development and opportunity in the medical field.# Effectively leads operational processes relating to job shadows, extern programs, nursing clinical and other student experiences by serving as the main point of contact for the organization; both internally and externally.# Ensures that interpretation and application of student programs comply with organizational policies and procedures and all applicable laws.# The Student Talent # Workforce Partner may assume other recruitment-related duties and responsibilities as needed and in support of the overall organizational talent and workforce efforts.


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor


#s degree in Human Resources Management, Marketing, Business or related field required Two (2) years of recruitment, sales or marketing related experience Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word and Excel Relevant certification, preferred (i.e., PHR-Professional in Human Resources; SPHR-Senior Professional In Human Resources; GPHR-Global Professional in Human Resources; CBP-Certified Benefits Professional; etc.) Or an equivalent combination of education and experience relating to the above tasks, knowledge, skills and abilities will be considered
