Reynolds is one of the largest community colleges in Virginia and serves Virginia's capital city and five nearby counties. Annually, our four campus sites serve approximately 13,000 credit students and provide training for 7,400 students through the Community College Workforce Alliance.

Special Assignments
May be required to perform other duties as assigned. May be required to assist the agency or state government generally in the event of an emergency declaration by the Governor.
KSA's/Required Qualifications
Working knowledge of college resources, and enrollment processes, and college operations. Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing and to work with individuals of diverse backgrounds.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and to establish positive working relationships with faculty, staff and administrators. Ability to utilize personal computers and current software programs. Coursework is human services or a similar field.
Additional Considerations
Knowledge of student supports and essential human services. Some knowledge of state and federal financial aid regulations.
Operation of a State Vehicle No Supervises Employees No Required Travel
May be asked to conduct work assignments on any of the college's campuses.
