The Position: We're looking for a Student Success Team Member!

The Student Success Team Member is responsible for providing personalized support to students in the area of academic advising. Assisting students to help them achieve a lucrative career, coupled with their hard work and the positive culture of Aveda!

Success in this Role:

• Strong Customer Service, Influencing, Persuasion, and Closing Skills.

• Detail Oriented, Thorough, and Ability to convey complex information in a simple way.

• Provide comprehensive academic advising and coaching to help students set and achieve their academic goals.

• Monitor and track student progress, intervening as necessary to provide additional support.

• Excellent Problem-Solving Skills, Willingness to Learn, Numbers & People Person

• Organization & capability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• Strong desire to help students succeed!

• Ability to problem solve and convey solutions with prospective and current students.

• Demonstrated ability to work with a diverse student population.

• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

• High School Diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
