The Position: We're looking for a Student Success Team Member!

The Student Success Team Member is responsible for providing personalized support to students in the area of academic advising. Assisting students to help them achieve a lucrative career, coupled with their hard work and the positive culture of Aveda!

Success in this Role:
Strong Customer Service, Influencing, Persuasion, and Closing Skills.
Detail Oriented, Thorough, and Ability to convey complex information in a simple way.
Provide comprehensive academic advising and coaching to help students set and achieve their academic goals.
Monitor and track student progress, intervening as necessary to provide additional support.
Excellent Problem-Solving Skills, Willingness to Learn, Numbers & People Person
Organization & capability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
Strong desire to help students succeed!
Ability to problem solve and convey solutions with prospective and current students.
Demonstrated ability to work with a diverse student population.
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
High School Diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
