Student Success Center Paraprofessional

Middle School

2024-2025

Deadline for Application: Until filled

Qualifications: 60 hours of college (preferred) or have received substitute certification

Term of Employment: 24-25 School Year

Salary: $16.62/hour - pay may increase based on experience

Hours: Full Time - 7.5 hour day

The successful candidate will:

• Have a strong desire to help all students to be successful in the school setting.

• Effectively communicate and collaborate with teachers and staff.

• Understand and teach schoolwide expectations and positive behavior supports.

• Promote social-emotional growth & teach self-regulation skills through check-ins/check-outs, small social skills groups, and the ReSet Process.

• Provide academic and behavioral support for 7th-8th students individually, in small-groups, and in the classroom setting.

• Training will be provided for all areas.
