About the Position:

We are seeking a Full-Time Student Services Coordinator to join our Home Office Team on-site in Pottsville, PA! As a Student Services Coordinator, you will provide overall customer service to all campuses and Home Office departments while reviewing and ensuring that all Admission requirements and documentation have been submitted and approved for each enrolling student.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED required, post-secondary degree or diploma preferred

• 2-3 years of prior office experience.

• Excellent customer service skills, strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, and attention to detail.

• Knowledge of database software, internet, spreadsheet software, and word processing software
