SUMMARY: Responsible for the coordination of student safety policies, procedures, and practices for Weld RE-4 School District.
Support a safe and secure learning environment as the primary advisor for all matters related to student discipline and attendance. Collaborate with the District Mental Health Coordinator and providers for coordinated threat assessment procedures and actions. Serves as the Title IX and Civil Rights Coordinator for student complaints. Work collaboratively with leadership, legal counsel, and human resources in regard to civil rights discrimination complaints.
