Summary of Job Duties:
This full-time, benefitted position serves as the Student Recruitment Manager for the Clinton School of Public Service. The Student Recruitment Manager supports the Director of Admissions in implementing student recruitment plans within Clinton School for both the in-person (MPS) and online programs (CSO).
Duties and Responsibilities
Serve as first point of contact for MPS & CSO program inquiries
Coordinate individual & group prospective student visits
Lead planning efforts on Admissions/Enrollment events
Represent the school at local & national graduate fairs and campus visits
Support the Director of Admissions in executing the student recruitment strategy for MPS & CSO including through pipeline management, partnership development, etc.
Develop and implement alumni recruitment efforts in coordination with alumni services
Coordinate Clinton School community outreach with admitted and prospective students
Maintain application files and coordinate admission committee review efforts
Support the institution through projects and duties assigned by the Director of Admissions based on experience and skill set.
Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution of higher education
Demonstrated time management skills to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Demonstrated ability to effectively coordinate the planning and execution of events
Preferred Qualifications:
At least one year experience in a recruitment and/or admissions setting
At least one year experience in higher education
Experience with Slate and Workday platforms
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):
Possess strong written communication skills
Public speaking skills
Ability to confidently articulate ideas
Ability to engage audiences of varying sizes and backgrounds, and convey information persuasively
Ability to be able to confidently represent the institution in a professional manner
