The New Schools Open Campus seeks a dynamic and enthusiastic Project Assistant to support the Senior Director of Marketing and Recruitment and other team members in the development and production of analytics and research to support marketing of adult continuing education, pre-college, and youth and teen programs.
The successful candidate will have experience in collecting, synthesizing and analyzing both quantitative and qualitative data to drive marketing decisions and portfolio development. Possessing knowledge of digital marketing metrics/KPIS, s/he will produce and maintain campaign performance data for digital programs, leveraging multiple sources for data collection.
S/he will also assist with email marketing campaign management (list management and reporting). The successful candidate will be capable of manipulating large data sets in Excel and producing compelling data visualizations in Excel and Tableau. The candidate will also have experience using best-in-class research methodologies, and the ability to distill findings into clear and concise presentation formats for a range of audiences.
S/he will be experienced in handling administrative responsibilities that rely heavily on digital applications and technologies; adept at balancing shifting priorities and projects; and equally comfortable working collaboratively, independently and proactively. The position requires the ability to interact diplomatically with a wide range of individuals, including many stakeholders and partners across the university.

Track performance of digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
Produce routine campaign reporting and analysis.
Support Senior Director in development of data dashboards.
In collaboration with Open Campus Marketing team, synthesize performance data and develop comprehensive, compelling reports.
Exercise data visualization techniques to enhance reports and presentations.
Assist Open Campus Marketing team with email list management, campaign analytics, and reporting
Develop meaningful data extracts and from public and proprietary databases and dashboards.
Collaborate with Open Campus stakeholders and faculty to develop clear, concise market research briefs.
Together with Senior Director, assist in stewarding project management of end-to-end market research process for key programs.
Analyze and interpret data to help identify key insights .

General responsibilities:
Assist with project management for key initiatives.
Build collaborative relationships with key university resources and exercise judgment in avoiding and solving internal bureaucratic challenges.
Maintain accurate and orderly files and records.
Administrative support and other duties as assigned.
