Job Summary

Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
Assist customers in finding and purchasing the right products
Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions
Operate cash register and handle financial transactions accurately
Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
Keep the store clean and organized
Stock shelves and maintain inventory levels
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
Strong customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with customers
Proficient in phone etiquette and able to handle customer inquiries over the phone
Multilingual skills, particularly English and Spanish, are a plus
Basic math skills for handling financial transactions accurately
Proven ability to meet sales targets and goals
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
