Job Summary

We are looking for 2 team members that have the ability to multi-task with confidence, obtains high energy with professionalism, and possess strong people skills.
General Purpose: Politely and professionally greet customers and properly conduct telephone inquiries while efficiently facilitating the needs of customers.
Responsibilities:
Screen/Direct incoming phone calls
Greet/Route all incoming customers
Patient scheduling
General administrative clerical support
Open/close facility
