Position Description
Job Duties: Excellent computer skills; customer service skills, online research, and problem-solving skills. Applicant must be able to work independently, maintain confidentiality, prepare and maintain records, and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills as applied to interaction with assisting students, prospective students/parents, faculty, staff, coworkers, and supervisor in person, via e-mail and phone. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and related software applications.
Training will be provided.
Schedule: Looking for individual with availability on Mondays and Wednesdays 8:30am
5:30pm and Fridays 8:30am
1pm for the SPC Downtown Campus.
Position Summary:
Scan, index and verify documents in Perceptive Content, the college's document management system.
Enter and update data in PeopleSoft, the college SIS (Student Information System)
Provide and excellent level of customer service, with an emphasis on quality assurance. As a result of this position, you will gain experience in:
Working in a fast paced environment with constant benchmarks and deadlines
Processing sensitive documents
Being a member of a team and learning flexibility, conflict management and cooperation
