Student Customer Service Lead
ASU Enterprise Partners is an efficient network of highly skilled teams; it is comprised of a full complement of professional services that work in concert with specialized business units to provide full resources and extend Arizona State University's ability to achieve its charter.
The Student Customer Service Lead serves an important role in the daily operations of ASU Enterprise Partners (ASUEP) and its subsidiaries at the ASU Fulton Center. The Student Customer Service Lead is responsible for partnering with other students on the ASUEP Facilities & Operations team, providing overall support and guidance as it pertains to the completion of multiple daily and weekly office tasks at ASUEP. This position is year-round.
The position will require approximately 28 hours per week, with additional availability during the non-school year.

What you'll do:
Approximately 20 hours of work availability for this position between the hours of 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday (working hours must not interfere with school schedule)
Ensures the completion of daily and weekly office tasks on the ASUEP Facilities & Operations team, including but not limited to answering phone calls, assisting with meeting set-up, conducting mail runs/deliveries, overseeing company vehicles, and breakroom management
Assists with daily and weekly tasks related to the reception area, conference center services, and other facilities-related activities
In partnership with the Senior Coordinator, Enterprise Partners Facilities & Operations, manages and drafts the student schedule for the ASUEP Facilities & Operations team, ensuring all shifts are assigned based on student availability
Ensures the student employees on the ASUEP Facilities & Operations team maintain compliance with established policies and procedures
Updates current documentation for all processes and procedures for reception area, conference center services, and other facilities-related activities as appropriate
In partnership with the Senior Coordinator, Enterprise Partners Facilities & Operations, oversees supply inventory and submits purchases as needed
Other duties or special projects as assigned

Team-oriented strategist able to effectively manage complex situations involving numerous and sometimes competing constituencies
Ability to represent the institution well and possess an advocate's belief in the vision of ASU as the New American University
Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing assigned duties
Highly organized and able to handle multiple projects
Adept at navigating complex environments with evolving priorities and communication plans
Knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Word
Relevant qualifications:
A current student at Arizona State University pursuing a degree in a related field
Must possess a valid driver's license and have a driving record in good standing
1 year of experience in a customer service or related role
