Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor student accounts that have not completed their financial obligation and counsel students as needed on options and timelines.

• Provide the highest level of service to our students while they navigate their payment options.

• Manage monthly payment plans through third-party provider to ensure accurate balance amounts and monitoring for on-time payments.

• Generate and review monthly aging reports to ensure that students who have had difficulties meeting their financial obligations have been communicated with and counseled accordingly.

• Monitor the efficiency and effectiveness of processes relating to students completing their financial obligations and provide feedback to the Director of Student Billing.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in higher education financial aid or accounts receivable department.
