This student assistant position will assist in the Enrollment Operations team in daily administrative tasks and possess great organizational skills and attention to detail, as well as excellent customer service and sensitivity to data. This student should also be able to work independently as well as part of a larger team.

Please note the following information: This position is only open for students with Federal Work Study. Please include a copy of your financial aid letter showing eligible work study, along with your resume.

This position offers a maximum of 10 hours per week during the academic semesters. There may be availability to work over breaks if there is prior approval from the management team.

Tasks include but not limited to:

• Assisting with incoming mail in relation to new student admissions, such as transcripts, test scores, letters of recommendation, etc. This will include properly reviewing and handling the documents.

• Assisting with both the undergraduate and graduate student populations in operations.

• Assisting with admit letter packages to be sent out.

• Resolving student emails and calls through the inbox and phone systems.

• Using student record systems appropriately for accessing student information and resolving issues and clean up for data and operations.

• Assisting with admissions/enrollment material and supplies (some heavy lifting may be required).
