HUB Analyst

Job Overview

A HUB Analyst is a service desk associate who assists faculty, staff, and students resolve issues with computer hardware or software. Analysts respond to user inquiries, assess problems and issues with IT equipment and software applications and help resolve these issues for users. Analysts also collaborate closely with full time IT department personnel to solve more complex issues.

Responsibilities

Hub Analysts are expected to balance creative and technical problem-solving, customer service, and collaboration to ensure that personnel and students throughout Clayton State University can access and utilize the software and resources they need for work and or studies.

Job Requirements

Must be an inquisitive and an agile learner

Must have basic troubleshooting technical skills and a passion for technology

Required Qualifications

Must be a current Clayton State Student with good academic and conduct standing within the university. Must be able to pass a background check.
