The Michigan Lottery is looking for a dependable, honest, motivated, and hardworking individual with a positive attitude and strong ethical standards to join our team!
To qualify for the position, you must be currently enrolled and regularly attending a post-secondary educational institution.
Serve as a member of the Public Relations team and help support and implement its goal of providing excellent customer service to Lottery players and other members of the public. The primary duties for this position are working with players to help resolve their problems, complaints, issues, and concerns as well as scheduling and conducting prize claim appointments for winners of more than $50,000. Other duties include logging certain customer interactions into a computer database, general office work, and providing support and assistance as directed by the Director of Public Relations and the team's other staff members.
