Job Summary

This position is for currently enrolled Clayton State University students.

• Ability to process credit card orders (in-person, phone & mail)

• Assist patrons with questions

• Complete given tasks and projects given by staff members, which include but are not limited to data entry/file organization

• Assist with all concerts (daytime, nighttime and weekend)

• Perform all customer service functions with the highest quality

• Receive and process ticket orders daily (in-person/email/fax/phone)

• Database Management

• Strong communication and organizational skills

This position is for currently enrolled Clayton State University students.
