Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Public Relations representative to join the Butler Center for Research and Economic Development team. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing our visibility and strengthening community and stakeholder relationships. You will play a key role in promoting the Butler Center's mission by managing our digital presence, creating marketing materials, and coordinating businesses and organizations in the Columbus area. The ideal candidate is skilled in communication, social media, and project coordination, with an eye for detail and creativity in design and content creation.

Proposed Salary
$15 per hour plus additional pay. This position can work up to 19 hours per week. Dr. Mansour will work with you to set up a work schedule.

The Butler Center's comprehensive economic impact study has played a vital role in helping the city of Columbus bring professional baseball back to the Chattahoochee Valley in a $300 million economic development project.
Through our economic studies, we inform local governments and the business community of recent regional and national trends. We collect and analyze local economic and demographic data, generate accurate and informative economic reports, and communicate the findings to non-profit and government agencies, the business community, and other stakeholders.
