Parsons DEED Research Lab is seeking a student with excellent motion graphics design skills to create an informational short video. DEED (which stands for Development through Empowerment, Entrepreneurship, and Design), founded in 2007, applies humanitarian design methods and models to foster more sustainable ways to support artisans globally. After working for a decade, DEED has developed tested principles of horizontal pedagogy and methodologies that have become a core part of the Labs contribution to the field. These fieldwork principles will be the main focus of the time-based piece that will be produced by the designer. See deed.parsons.edu for more information.
