Position Title Student Assistant - Health & Human Performance Department College of Arts & Sciences Job Location Crete, NE (68333) Purpose of Job

Organize and help with setting up classes and labs in the HHP department

General Description and Duties

• Organization of class materials and lab manuals, projects

• Assist and organize materials for the NSCA Accreditation (Strength and Conditioning) process

• Assist in getting labs ready for class

• Help set up and demonstrate motion software and force plates

Special Skills or Knowledge Required

• Organizational skills

• Knowledge of how to navigate Google Docs and Excel files, general computer knowledge

• An interest in Sports Medicine, Strength and Conditioning and/or related technology

Total Weekly Hours Required $12/hour, 4 hours per week, Tuesday & Thursday mornings Physical Demands

The lab set-ups will require general movements and sub-maximal exercise (step-ups on a box, brisk walking on a treadmill, Body Weight Exercises, Virtual Reality, and horizontal/vertical jumping.
