L3 Communication Systems-West, a division of L3 Technologies, Inc., has an opening for a year-round Student Ambassador/Marketing and Human Resources Co-Op in Salt Lake City, Utah. This person will be primarily working with the Campus Recruiting and University Relations team.

Our program provides students with hands-on experience working with our Human Resources teams in a cutting edge environment. Students are directed and mentored by experienced professionals and are responsible for assisting with projects and daily departmental/team activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Excel Spreadsheet Management: tracking recruitment data, including recruiting activities and spending, offer acceptances and declines, and co-op and intern data

  • Marketing Support: assist with branding and creative communication, support on campus events, contribute to PowerPoint presentation

  • Administrative Support: assist with interview coordination, job fair registration, travel booking, and coordination of representatives at campus events

The Brand Ambassador/Marketing and Human Resources Intern will have a mentor to assist in completing tasks and answering questions. Tasks will be tailored to the students experience level, interests, and capabilities.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Current student enrolled full-time in Marketing, Human Resources or closely related major at a local four-year institution (position is year-round)
  • Minimum 3.0 cumulative grade point average

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Current junior status

  • High level of Excel and PowerPoint expertise

  • Experience excelling in a dynamic culture that requires adaptability to changes in procedures, processes, technologies, responsibilities, assignments, schedules and unknown evolutions of team requirements.

Responsible for delivering professional nursing care to patients by utilizing strong organizational and leadership skills to assess patient status; implements clinical nursing interventions to modify symptoms; develops, implements and evaluates patient care plans to enhance and improve outcomes and ensure a safe and therapeutic environment. Responsibilities 1.Identifies, assesses and diagnoses problems through patient assessment and interactions, and evaluates actual or potential patient health problems. 2.Performs phone management with patients' parents, chart review, care coordination, triage, and problem management. 3.Discusses patient and family concerns over the phone and/or via the electronic health record. 4.Provides patient/family education surrounding condition. 5.Assesses, plans and implements interventions for solving patient care problems. 6.Formulates care plans for specific patients and documents the nursing process in patient's record. 7.Evaluates patient response to interventions and modifies plan of care as needed to achieve health care goals.
