Your Function:

As a Structured Sales Support Analyst, you will be expected to perform transactional aspects of the structured sales support workflow from application to booking, support application and contract process, and liaise with vendor/partner/dealer operations. You will perform the following day-to-day activities:

  • Support application and contract process

  • Liaise with vendor/partner/dealer/sales reps and deal with legal insurance and tax

  • Perform transactional aspects of the Structured Sales Support workflow from Application to Booking

  • Analyze and recommend opportunities for improvement, particularly across the Application to Booking Process

  • Manage and convert outstanding approvals

  • Provide industry-specific knowledge

  • Create and negotiate end-user contract documentation

  • Meet or exceed customer service expectations

  • Review and prepare transactions for timely booking and funding

  • Monitor and analyze the performance of sales and support processes

  • Handle both non-standard and exceptional application

  • Determine pricing or documents

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

  • Effective and efficient communication and customer service skills

  • Ability to review documentation and identify errors in an efficient manner

  • Knowledge of internal policies, rules, and regulations

  • Must have strong time management and organizational skills

  • Negotiate with customer and vendors as necessary

Your Function: In the Structured Booking and Funding Analyst Role, you will perform the transactional aspect of booking and funding workflow which includes review and approve complex transactions and ensure that all proper documentations are in place. * Review and approve complex documentation * Fund and book high-dollar and complex transactions * Track follow-ups for documentation exceptions * Identify opportunities for improvement * Analyze client needs and resolve first line client queries * Ensure all necessary documents have been received * Ensure all documents are enforceable * Ensure DLL's security interests have been established via UCC and liens * Ensure accuracy of data entry * Ensure billing is correct and timely Your Profile: * Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent business experience * Knowledge of vendor program agreements * Knowledge of UCC filing requirements * Knowledge of middle ticket documentation * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Continuous process improvement skills * Knowledge of internal policies, rules and regulations * Ability to balance accuracy and efficiency * Customer service and vendor relationship skills We Offer: * Two working days per year volunteering for a local charity * Health and Wellness program including healthy food, fresh Coffee Plaza, free health checks, fun health & vitality activities * Flexible hours with possibility to work from home (within job scope) * Career development opportunities: online learning, member development programs * Highly competitive benefits Additional Information: DLL is an equal opportunity employer.
