The incumbent provides independent and objective analysis and monitoring of credit quality for more complex commercial loan portfolio. S/He assesses adherence to established policies and procedures to minimize losses and completes high quality underwriting documents on a timely basis, determines credit risk and mitigates and assigns credit risk rating.

S/He performs sensitivity or performs analysis where appropriate to proactively evaluate the future performance of a borrower or prospect. S/He assists Wealth Management relationship managers with loan application and process. Meets with clients to determine need and advise client on product selection and assist with loan approval process.


The qualified candidate will have a BA/BS in business or equivalent experience with 6+ years of commercial lending experience or 6+ years of commercial lending-related experience, such as credit recovery or credit policy, or 8+ years complex financial analysis with 4+ years of supervisory experience. Completion of a disciplined bank credit training program, specialized knowledge of complex products/businesses as required by the segment of business assignment is required.

S/He must have excellent communication skills, and knowledge of and experience in the use of computer software. An MBA is a plus.

In this role you will lead a team focused on creating and executing on the marketing strategy for BBH's Private Banking line of business. This role will be responsible for brand and content marketing and will specifically oversee the public relations, advertising, content creation and distribution, segment marketing and digital/social functions, as well as collaborate closely with team members across the marketing organization. The successful candidate will have experience in brand marketing, content and digital/social. Experience in financial services is preferable, but not required. This person should be an excellent communicator (written, verbal) and have the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. The role will have direct reports and be supported by additional central resources and agencies. Some of your key responsibilities include: Marketing & Communications * Create the PB marketing plan and budget aligned with the overall PB strategy and in collaboration with senior leadership; track activities and spend against plan over time. * Lead the brand, content, digital/social, events/sponsorships and segmentation marketing functions and manage professionals that oversee those functions. * Collaborate closely with PB's sales enablement function to create customized sales strategies and tools that support business development efforts. * Oversee the creation of select communications necessary to build and manage the brand. * Ensure all work is on brand and compliant and all branding is consistent in terms of style, quality and tone of voice, and appropriate given the channel of distribution. Management * Act as a senior leader on the marketing team, helping to set a vision and inspire others to work together to execute on it. * Oversee marketing professionals and provide strategic support and coaching to help achieve marketing objectives. * Communicate key priorities and monitor direct reports' progress against goals. Measurement & Reporting * Measure and report on marketing KPIs for senior leadership. * Regularly report on marketing activities to oversight groups. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree or Equivalent * Minimum 8 years of experience. * Excellent written and oral communication skills. * Excellent conceptual and critical thinking skills. * Past experience in brand, content and digital/social marketing. Experience managing events is a plus. Experience managing agencies a plus. * Past experience managing teams and interfacing with senior leadership. * Ability to build relationships across products and organizational groups. * Strong negotiating and influencing skills. * Action oriented and excited to "roll up sleeves" and work on a variety of projects. * Knowledge of investment, economic and business concepts and BBH products/services a plus. * Knowledge of risk management controls and compliance policies a plus.
