Structured Booking & Funding Analyst

As a Structured Booking & Funding Analyst, you can expect to work collaboratively with a team of about 10 colleagues on receipt, review, activation, and funding of more complex finance transactions for our Office Equipment, Public Finance and Tech Solutions line. The goal is to meet customer expectations in accuracy and timely processing.

Day to Day

  • Review lease documentation to ensure legal enforceability and adherence to company policies. Ensure the company's security interests in the equipment have been established.

  • Execute documents on behalf of the company.

  • Enter transactions into the appropriate systems for booking, funding, tracking, and invoicing purposes.

  • Ensure the information entered is in conformance to program requirements, company policies, and pricing and profitability parameters.

  • Perform pre- and post-booking transaction audits of the work of co-workers with lesser payment authority, as well as the work of cross-functional members impacting the final product.

  • Record results and provide details regarding individual accuracy for training and development purposes.

  • Interface cross-functionally with areas such as Flow, Sales, Sales Support, Credit, Legal, and Operations to resolve pre- and post-booking transactional, customer, and partner issues.

  • Contribute to department efficiencies by identifying opportunities for improvement, offering ideas, and participating in projects to develop and implement solutions.

  • Contribute to ongoing policy and procedure review and development.

  • Provide intra and inter-departmental training members as needed.

  • Take initiative to seek and participate in formal and informal training opportunities to enhance your knowledge and value to the company.

  • Some overtime and/or restricted PTO usage is needed during peak periods, typically during the last week of the month, quarter, and year.

Essentials

  • Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent business experience

  • 3+ years of experience in the financial services industry

  • Knowledge and proficiency in leasing/financial service products, preferably middle-ticket structured transactions, documentation; including UCC Financing Statements

  • Strong verbal, written, and inter-personal skills

Applicable Pay Range

$56,263.45 - $84,395.17

DLL is considering candidates in numerous locations. The pay estimate displayed represents the typical pay range for candidates hired for this position in the desired primary work location. Pay may be adjusted outside the projected range based on geographical differentiation as well as for any other lawful reason. Additional factors that may be used to determine your actual pay include your specific skills, years of relevant experience you possess, and other work-related qualifications. Many candidates may start in the bottom half of the applicable pay range, especially those with less experience or qualification.

This position is subject to the terms of DLL's compensation plans and policies. Further, the position includes all other benefits provided to DLL employees, including healthcare benefits, 401k matching, vacation, sick leave, parental leave, possible discretionary bonuses, and all other benefits that are all governed by and subject to ERISA plan documents and eligibility.
