Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Innovatively design new packaging structures and artwork, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and production capabilities.
• Utilize expert knowledge of various printing equipment and processes to manage art-related projects effectively.
• Maintain meticulous records and specifications, adhering to organizational systems.
• Collaborate closely with intercompany management to meet project deadlines, which may include overtime.
• Uphold all company policies, with a strong commitment to safety and housekeeping standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
• Proficiency in 2D CAD software is essential.
• Extensive experience in packaging design within the industrial films sector (shrink, polyolefin, stretch, shrink bundling).
• In-depth understanding of materials, machine processes, packaging design, printing processes, and logistics (trucking, FedEx, Air, overseas).
• Demonstrated expertise in structural design for the corrugated industry (box packaging), including horizontal, vertical, and stand-up configurations.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with customers and sales teams.
• Practical knowledge of equipment design to ensure efficient operations, product layouts, production specifications, and quality standards.
