Job Details We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Structural Engineer to join our team in the Civil Engineering industry. As a Structural Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and analyzing structures, ensuring their safety and stability, and providing solutions to complex problems. You will work on a variety of projects, ranging from small renovations to large commercial buildings, and will be expected to provide hands-on engineering support and mentorship to junior engineers.

Responsibilities: Design and analyze structures to ensure their safety, stability, and compliance with building codes and regulations. Develop and implement solutions to complex structural problems, using advanced analytical and modeling techniques. Work closely with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that structural designs are integrated with the overall building envelope.

Provide hands-on engineering support during construction, including site visits, inspections, and testing. Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on technical issues, project management, and professional development. Collaborate with other disciplines, such as mechanical and electrical engineers, to ensure that all aspects of building design are integrated and coordinated.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, and apply this knowledge to improve our engineering processes and deliverables. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering or a related field. Professional Engineer (PE) license required. 5 years of experience in structural engineering, with a focus on building design and analysis.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement creative solutions to complex problems. Experience with building envelope design and analysis, including the integration of structural, mechanical, and electrical systems. Hands-on engineering experience, including site visits, inspections, and testing.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide junior engineers. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
