Contribute to the preparation of technical reports, specifications, drawings, and other documentation related to structural designs. Participate in project meetings, site visits, and inspections to gain exposure to the full project lifecycle and construction processes.

Collaborate with project teams, including architects, project managers, and other design professionals, to coordinate structural engineering efforts. Develop an understanding of structural engineering codes, standards, materials, and construction methods through mentorship and hands-on experience. Assist in the development of structural solutions that meet project requirements, codes, and client needs.

Participate in research and data collection tasks related to structural engineering projects. Continuously learn and expand your knowledge through on-the-job training and professional development opportunities. Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution. 0-5 years of post-graduation industry experience. E.I. (Engineer Intern) registration or the ability to obtain registration within a specified timeframe, or a P.E. registration. Proficiency with structural design/analysis software such as RISA Suite, etc.

Experience with drafting software, including Revit and ArchiCad preferred. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
