• Project Engineer Job Type: Full-time FORT Structures is a boutique structural engineering firm specializing in creative and collaborative structural engineering.
  
  We focus on High-End Custom Projects ranging from Commercial and Residential Construction to Adaptive Reuse and New Construction Technologies throughout Texas. We are looking for a Structural Engineer

• Project Engineer 2-4 years of structural engineering experience focused on building design (preferably in commercial and/or residential design) Bachelor's degree in Architectural or Structural Engineering Strong desire to learn and grow with our company Experience in designing and detailing all types of material (concrete, steel, wood, and masonry) Likes to solve complex problems Duties include: Engineer multiple projects in collaboration with the lead engineer Work along-side a lead engineer and BIM team to develop drawings in collaboration with the client Skills needed:
  
  Proficient in structural engineering design software (Risa, Ram, Concept, Excel etc ) Comfortable using Revit/BIM software Personal time management Sound engineering judgment Attention to detail Projects Include: Large multi-story commercial developments High-End Complex Residences 3D Concrete Printed Homes Historic renovations and adaptive re-use Multi-family mixed-use projects Interesting structures - such as art sculptures, tensile structures, trellises Engineering projects with a combination of materials: concrete, steel, wood, masonry We are a 15 person company and have a fun, collaborative, hybrid and flexible work environment. Our office is located in East Austin in an open office.
