Job Description

As a structural engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, analyzing, and ensuring the safety and durability of our construction projects. You'll collaborate with our team to create structurally sound buildings and structures. Your expertise will contribute to the success of our company as we continue to grow.

Responsibilities

• Design structures, including buildings and bridges, using computer-aided design software (e.g., AutoCAD).

• Create 2D and 3D structural models.

• Analyze loads and pressures caused by environmental factors and human influence.

• Collaborate with contractors and provide technical guidance on-site.

• Choose appropriate materials based on structural specifications.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in structural engineering.

• Bachelor's degree in structural engineering.

• EIT certification required; PE preferred.

• Proficiency in steel, concrete, or timber design (preferably wood).

• Experience with seismic design and load calculations.

Hours

• 40 hours per week, with a preferred start time of 7 AM.

• Minimal overtime.

• Initial 90 days in-office, followed by a hybrid model (1 day WFH per week).
