Structural Engineer

Currently hiring a Structural Engineer PE or EIT for an Architecture + Engineering company that specializes in building design, forensics, and restoration/rehabilitation projects!!! There are huge opportunities for growth, quarterly & annual bonuses, overtime, and more!!

Job Description:

• Will work on historic preservation, restoration, and building envelope projects

• Design of Forensics and Building Envelope Projects

• Provide the technical design, detailing, and specification of structural repairs and new structural design on restoration projects

• Reviewing projects with the junior EIT

• Reviewing field work

• Coordinating with Architecture team and Project Managers on projects to address any Structural issues and how to resolve them

• Trouble Shooting Projects

• Structural Calculations

• Develop complete construction documents including drawings, sketches, and specifications

Skills:

• Professional Engineer License

• QPSI Certification - Quality Parking Structure Inspection

• Structural Engineering

• Experience with Retaining Walls, Structural Steel, Concrete, Masonry, and Wood Structures

• Design or Inspection of Forensic and Building Envelope Projects

• Design or Inspection of Facade and Restoration Building Projects

• Design of Parking Structures

• Revit

• Structural Design

• Structural Calculations

• Bluebeam

• Plangrid

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• EIT and ability to get PE within 6 months

Experience Level:

Intermediate Level
