WSP is currently initiating a search for a Structural Engineer for our Baltimore, MD office.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist more experienced engineers in broader engineering activities, assuming more responsibility as experience increases
Prepare basic sketches and performs calculations in support of broader engineer activities
Gather and record information to be used for writing specifications
Assist with bridge inspection field and office work
Prepare technical studies and reports

This opportunity requires a minimum of a Bachelor of Science (BS) Degree from an accredited college/university in Civil Engineering with a focus in structural engineering. Recent Masters Degree recipients are also encouraged to apply.
One year of relevant engineering experience through internships or equivalent working knowledge/ experience is preferred but not required
Requirements include a working knowledge of engineering design and practices, relevant state of the art computer program experience
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Candidates shall possess an E.I.T. certification
Candidates must also be immediately authorized to work in the US
