Strategy Project Manager II


Facilitating process workshops to understand user challenges, define process requirements and document future state process maps

Identify opportunities for process improvement

Develop business specification documents and mocks to confirm scope/alignment

Utilize analytics to test effectiveness

Educate users responsible for managing and operating business processes

Monitor, measure and provide feedback on process performance and overall user/team experience


4+ years of process management/business analysis in HR, Recruiting,

4+Sales or Marketing in technology industry

Conduct interviews and perform analysis to create business cases

Demonstrated ability leading process design workshops/documenting business requirements

Experience developing delightful process maps and educating business users

Basic knowledge in Recruiting or HR processes and a passion for people processes

Basic knowledge in technical systems (ATS, HRIS, CRM)

Comfort with ambiguity, uncertainty, and a rapidly evolving business landscape

Humble attitude with a willingness to shift from high-level strategic thinking to stepping in and helping to drive implementation alongside functional teams


Bachelor's Degree

Business Process Management (BPM) / Change Management certifications a plus

As the Team Lead, you will be the go to person to help implement, promote and set the standard on how we do business process innovation In this role, you'll promote and demonstrate how to use our problem solving methodology, authentically communicate the benefits and application of the tools. This multifaceted role demands interaction with a variety of stakeholders from VPs to individual contributors. You will be an active Coach on projects as well as building out our project management program. To be successful in this role, you'll have a passion for details, the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, and enjoy a fast-moving organization. You'll possess a natural collaborative nature while maintaining a logical outlook for project execution. As the Business Process Improvement Program Manager (BPI Team Lead), you will be responsible for program managing the continuous improvement initiative inside our finance & operations department. You will help develop, deliver and communicate the program to the entire finance & operations team globally. Initially, you will work to create the project management standard and partner to ensure it's success.
