Primary responsibilities:

Develop partnership strategies with automotive suppliers and AV tech startup ecosystem

Identify and develop business cases for strategic partnership and growth opportunities

Conduct rigorous quantitative and qualitative strategic and operational analysis

Extend into operations, business development, project management, etc. as needed

Be comfortable working across different groups and levels including executive leadership, engineering, and product

Stay well-informed on technology and market trends within the AV industry and ecosystem


You are an excellent communicator and self-starter, able to drive work independently

Comfort with working in a highly entrepreneurial role and able to define goals and demonstrate results

Able to distill complex or large amounts of information and communicate them effectively

Experience in automotive and/or technology

Technical background highly preferred: Engineering, Computer Science or related

A true team player who is willing to give and accept feedback

Experience and/or interest in working with the China market

This team is the backbone of the store and essential in providing the best possible experience for every client that walks through our doors. Your role at Sephora: As an Operations Associate (Consultant), you help keep the store running smoothly "backstage" in partnership with the entire operations team.
