Outstanding presentation & communication skills (both verbal and written), including storytelling and ability to synthesize and structure strategic issues in a concise way.

Fast learner. Flexibility to rapidly assess a problem, evaluate options and drive timely decision-making. Flexibility and understanding for how to operate within a global team.
