The Content Strategy Manager works closely with stakeholders across functions and regions to lead and execute strategic initiatives that boost job comprehensiveness, drive operational scale and improve efficiency for continuous exponential growth. Lead sophisticated research and analysis (e.g. job gaps, customer, market and competitive trends and insights) for senior leadership to support decision-making
Research HR-related market space for competitive intelligence and product/content trends
Identify, scope and drive critical projects and job content initiatives partnering with cross-functional teams across the organization
Lead/facilitate cross-functional teams to get work done, driving recommendations through to implementation
Drive operational excellence through identification and execution of opportunity areas that create efficiency, remove obstacles, or create improved processes and approaches to the business
Oversee a team of Content Strategists, who are highly skilled in data analysis and driving actionable insights
Experience (5+ years) in strategic planning, sales operations and /or business operations, preferably in the internet space
2 years management experience
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics or other relevant / quantitative disciplines from a leading university, MBA a plus
Able to coach team members on complicated SQL Queries and VBA, Python or similar language to automate manual work.
Expert with customer relationship management systems - specifically Salesforce.
Distinctive problem solving and analysis skills, ability to solve complex and diverse business problems (commercial, operational, organizational)
Strong leadership and influencing skills
Results and detail oriented, with strong commercial/business acumen
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Superior Excel and Powerpoint skills
International experience and/or multicultural skills a plus
