Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, one of the world's leading international law firms firm with almost 4000 lawyers and staff in 30 offices is seeking a Strategy & Development Coordinator reporting to the Manager of Lateral Growth & Integration. This position will be resident in our Boston, office and will be responsible for supporting the Strategy & Development team in identifying firm and practice strategic needs around lateral partner talent and integrating rising lateral partners and groups.


  • Work collaboratively with other functional teams to execute onboarding process.

  • Help mobilize necessary support for initial transition of new lateral partners and groups.

  • Develop an individual integration plan for each lateral and help execute plan.

  • Track and measure each laterals integration process and identify ways to maximize success.

  • Support new partner training and development programs.

  • Maintain internal and external data points

  • Other duties as assigned.


This job requires:

  • A Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university, and a minimum 2 years of experience; or, equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Proficient in the following software Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Word

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong interpersonal and customer service skills

  • A strategic thinking who is a self-starter who also excels in a team environment

  • Strong planning, organizational and problem solving skills

  • Ability to adapt to change and balance competing demands

The Print Production/Traffic Coordinator will assist Associate Program Manager by coordinating print and gift projects for Meeting Management & Event Strategy (MMES) team. Monitor traffic between internal cross functional teams, gift vendor and MMES team members. Functional responsibilities include managing projects from approved program design to shipping and delivery, coordinating workflow with internal teams and external vendors and tracking assignments to meet schedule deadlines. Planning and enforcing process and the continuous shuffling of priorities are integral elements of this position. Responsibilities: * Monitor work in process to ensure timely and accurate delivery of quality products and services. * Maintain production schedules/timelines as needed. * Provide accurate, timely and comprehensive written and oral communication for cross-functional and MMES team members. * Assist the Associate Program Manager as system administrator of the group's workflow management tool, Workfront. Includes training new/existing team members as well as identifying/driving opportunity areas for enhancing the intake, set up and communication processes for creative projects. * Support the overall quality of design files by ensuring materials follow standard quality control processes before routing to MMES team members (e.g. proofing, business partner). * Manage user access to EventTracker for MC2 (external vendor). * Prioritizes resources and ensures quick delivery of projects, as well as identifying opportunities to drive efficiency. Ensures projects are completed within the desired time frame and acceptable quality limits, and within the established budget. * Ensure consistency in overall branding, SBU guidelines and MMES standards are being met. * Serve as liaison for all Tier 3 program collateral and gift needs * Manage special projects as assigned Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, as well as 3-5 years experience in a related field. * Ability to work with both internal and external clients/vendors. * Excellent written, oral, interpersonal and collaboration skills * Positive attitude, strong ethics and overall team player * Ability to plan and manage projects at a tactical level, manage project timelines, juggle competing priorities, keep project teams on track. * Overall brand expertise, knowledge of corporate logo usage, colors, etc. * Knowledge of logo application to apparel, gift items and event collaterals * Strong project management skills are required.
