Strategy Senior Manager
Key member of strategy function, this person helps the team drive strategic and transformational initiatives to enhance current overall end-to-end product development process
Works closely with team leaders and senior leadership members on wide range of critical issues
Understands and proposes improvements at the functional level: organizational structure, OpEx optimization, strategy, automation and systems, etc.
Develops and implements longer term, change-the-business initiatives
Leads full (and sometimes multiple) work streams of large projects or small projects independently
Reports directly to head of Client Engineering Strategy
Part of overall Dell Technologies strategy function with exposure to multiple similar teams across the organization
Based in Austin with some (<20%) global="">20%)>
Role requirements / preference:
5-8 years of working experience with at least 1- 2 years in management consulting with top firm
Understanding of product development process
Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication capabilities
Capacity to interact with senior executives and influence key decision makers
Strong cross functional team member
MBA or similar
Experience in technology sector (SW and/or HW)
Background in Engineering (education or work experience)
