Cancer Treatment Centers of America (CTCA) takes a unique and integrative approach to cancer care. The Strategy Associate works with the Chief Strategy Officer and Manager, Corporate Strategy to support the timely implementation of large-scale strategic initiatives; support includes assistance in initiative planning, collaborating with other executives on goal setting, alignment to strategy via the development of growth playbooks, business plans, translating the initiative/project into operational plans, articulation of benefits to organization, strategic objectives, operational tactics, measures, and timeline to complete the scope of work with associated budget tracking.
Assists the Chief Strategy Officer and Manager, Corporate Strategy in helping to drive strategic, cross-functional projects , e.g. project management of market relevant research initiatives and analysis of implications to CTCA; project management support on Leavitt Partnership initiatives; project management of OSM and Business Development/Employer Relations initiatives.
Assists in the development of strategy, business plans, playbooks, etc. for new and emerging businesses at CTCA.
Collaborates with senior leaders at all sites and in all business lines to operationalize opportunities for CTCA.
Works with the Chief Strategy Officer, Manager, Corporate Strategy, and site administrators to build and follow-up on site-based strategies.
Assists with the development and follow-up on growth playbooks. Creates dashboards to track progress.
Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience required; experience in consulting preferred.
Knowledge and Skills
Strong quantitative skills including model development; strong organizational skills; strong verbal and written communications skills.
Comfortable working with ambiguity; solid project management skills.
Experience with Excel, Tableau and other strategic tools.
Knowledge of healthcare and oncology preferred.
