ASI is actively seeking a Strategy/Communications Specialist who will assist a team in customer experience strategy for our federal client.
Objectives:
Communications and Strategy- Lead all communications/marketing efforts for a Federal agency's CX program and initiatives. Specific activities may include:
Develop targeted messaging to convey the program's impact and success in keeping with agency/program guidelines and priorities to internal and external stakeholders.
Develop and maintain a communications strategy to highlight achievements and effectively communicate progress
Execute the overall communications strategy (internally and externally).
Manage the process of developing and delivering contractual deliverables including quarterly and annual reports/action plans/briefings/memos.
Work alongside team members in helping all stakeholders better understand and communicate program needs/objectives to target audiences.
Develop materials including memos, PowerPoints, fact sheets, case studies, articles brochures, briefing books, reports, and other forms of internal and external communications, and manage clearance processes.
Follow communications protocols as agreed upon with client and ASI leadership team, including receiving approvals for outreach and deliverables.
Ensure program materials are branded correctly and consistently in keeping with client standards and branding guidelines.
Survey Design, Administration, and Analysis
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to obtain and/or possess favorable DHS fitness determination
BA/BS degree
Client-facing experience to include leading communications and strategy, leading follow-up with clients on next steps, and writing crisp and clear client communications
7 years of management consulting experience; 3 years of strategy and/or communications experience
Demonstrated ability to unpack and communicate complex concepts simply with a range of stakeholders and sectors
Experience designing and implementing communications and strategy for federal customers
Experience participating in business development and practice expansion
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; proficiency with Prezi, Visio or other graphic arts and desktop publishing software a plus
Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong team player
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to produce various informational products occasionally under tight deadlines
CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Ability to obtain and/or possess favorable Department of Homeland Security Public Trust
